GREEN LEAF LETTUCE

our organic & conventional green leaf lettuce

Green leaf lettuce is a type of lettuce that does not grow in heads, but rather in loose rosettes, with leaves loosely attached to a stem. Green leaf lettuce has bright green, ruffled leaves that are tender and crisp. The flavor is mild, with a bitter undertone, and is perfect for salads, wraps, and sandwiches. Green leaf lettuce is a great choice for healthy living - rich in Vitamin C, iron, magnesium, and calcium.
