PARSLEY

our organic & conventional parsley

Parsley is a popular herb, adding freshness and depth to a myriad of recipes. The two most common parsley varieties are Italian (also known as flatleaf) and curly. Although they belong to the same family they have different textures and flavors. Italian parsley has wide, flat leaves, while curly parsley has thicker curly leaves. Both share a common flavor profile, but Italian parsley’s flavor is a bit bolder and therefore is used as a building block to flavor many Italian dishes. Both varieties of parsley are loaded with nutrients - potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and sodium.
