Introducing: Petite Romaine

Our Petite Romaine combines the best qualities of iceberg and romaine in one! It has a crunch like no other and a sweeter flavor compared to other lettuces. This lettuce provides almost 100% usability - meaning little to no waste. If there is a lettuce that keeps on giving, it’s Petite Romaine. It’s leaf shape and heat tolerance allow this product to be used for just about any dish - wraps, burgers, tacos, salads, dips, grilling, and more!

We harvest our Petite Romaine at the peak of perfect – 7-10” in length with a tight, uniform head.  This sweet and crunchy lettuce is grown in Santa Maria, CA April through December and grown in Yuma, AZ December through March.  Transitioning our growing region allows us to have year-round availability.

We pack our Petite Romaine for retail, wholesale, and foodservice customers.  Our 2ct bag and 24ct liner options meet retail needs.  Our 24ct pack also services the foodservice industry and can be packed in a 48ct liner, as well.  We offer a 5ct club pack for all our wholesale customers to provide a bulk option for shoppers.
